This safeguarding level 3 online SOVA course is aimed at healthcare professional, including: nurses, doctors, locums, care home staff including domiciliary carers & social workers, working with vulnerable adults. It is also ideal for social workers as it could potentially contribute to assessing and evaluating the needs of a vulnerable adult.

As it is Level 3 and used to be face to face, we did miss verbal communication! It is very intense to just read on and on about legislation and trying to remember it all— it would help if a recoding had been made so to verbalise and repeat every now and again the most important pieces of legislation and the dates they were issued; ditto with the flow chart and time frames for certain procedures….
